Robert Allen Real Estate Secrets-
Fact or Fiction? Friend or Foe? You Be the Judge!
What do the Los Angeles Times, an ex-mayor of St. Louis, and Regis Philbin all have in common? Well, all three challenged real estate guru Robert Allen to what any reasonable person might think were impossible proofs of his claim,"Send me to any city in the United States. Take away my wallet. Give me $100 for living expenses. And in 72 hours I'll buy an excellent piece of real estate using none of my own money." Did he succeed in each challenge? More about that later...
So who is this Robert Allen and why is he qualified to help you achieve success?
Robert G. Allen graduated from Brigham Young University with an MBA in 1974 and soon started making small real estate investments and in just a few years transformed his tiny savings into a multi-million dollar payload. He first shared the system that he used to achieve his wealth in his #1 bestseller Nothing Down and since then has gone on to write other books including Creating Wealth, Multiple Streams of Income, and The One-Minute Millionaire. Over the past twenty years, he has been teaching others his secrets in seminars all over the US and Canada, helping them achieve success - using very little money of their own! According to Allen, his life long mission is to help prove that ordinary people can create extraordinary wealth.
So did Robert Allen succeed in all three challenges?
In the case of the LA Times Allen was flown to Los Angeles where he met up with Martin Baron, an L.A. Times reporter. Together they flew to San Francisco where upon arriving at the airport, Allen handed the reporter his wallet and the reporter handed him five twenty dollar bills. A few days later, the front page of the Los Angeles Times business section reported: "Buying Home without Cash: Boastful Investor Accepts Time Challenge-and Wins." According to the article, with a reporter by his side, $100 for living expenses, & armed with his knowledge; Mr. Allen purchased 7 properties worth $772,000, all in just 57 hours.
Then in St. Louis, June 1984, the ex-mayor of St. Louis, a former FBI agent, looked on as Allen selected a young couple from an unemployment line and went on to teach them for two full days his techniques for securing real estate with no money down. Within 90 days they bought a property, fixed it up, and flipped it for a $5,000 profit, all without using any of their money. And according to Allen, after twelve months they made more than $100,000.
Finally, Allen was challenged by talk show host Regis Philbin to select someone from his audience to again prove his extraordinary claims. Allen picked a young woman, flew her to California for intensive training and in less than ninety days she returned to the show reporting that she had purchased a duplex apartment building.
